ACC>PP.  ACC is amazing, worth every penny.

that and turbo cars don't need gearing like NA cars do.  the car has long gears, and throwing a 3.16 RP in it does not change the performance.

the extra coolers are nice, but as its been said those can be added.

I almost never use my cruise control period in fact I don't even think I've used it with my SHO in the 7 months I've had the car so the ACC certainly isn't much for me to miss. I have more fun playing with the paddle shifters on the highway than the cruise control lol

I guess I don't understand why "...turbo cars don't need gearing like NA cars do."

Same gearing question as SRT.  :please:

I use ACC every day on my commute.  Phx traffic on surface streets is fast.   I set it at 55 and set my distance, then just steer and brake for stoplights 'cuz ACC does the rest.  If I'm "pleasure driving" that's another story. >:D

I just orders the tuner actually Livernois's black Friday special, intake, thermostat, plugs and tuner. Hopefully I'll get it by the end of the week and let the modding begin.

While there may be a grip stickiness difference with the leather wrap, I never understood putting a porous soft material on the steering wheel....        :dunno:        and also on the gear shift? places handled the most in cars.

Those foam steering wheels are going to be filthy fast.  I like my perforated leather.  Matches the seat too.

68_GT

foam steering wheels ?

I like the softness of the suede sections of the steering wheel but honestly it's a little too slick for something you need to have a good grip on. Feels nice though while cruising with the heated steering wheel turned on :)

not sure who has suede on the shift knob ?? mine does not.

I prefer the steering wheel in the older SHOs, aesthetically. Never grasped one. I don't care for the wheel in my 2013. Doesn't fit the rest of the interior, and the "leather" portion is rather underwhelming.

The wheel in Mazda's new Skyactiv fleet of vehicles is absolutely excellent. Love it in my wife's CX-5. And I am a fan on the flat bottomed variety, found in some of the high end sports cars and sedans, like Audi's.

One of the first things I did to the car was get a performance wheel cover. It doubles it purpose to protect the Alcantara and also adds some much needed thickness to the steering wheel. I had my brother sit down in the car and thought the cover was actually the OEM wheel. Highly recommended and inexpensive mod.
