Damn - Should have done more research...
I looked at the PPE pipes earlier this year, but got in a hurry this summer, and popped for the LMS's, while I was ordering the tuner.

Anyway - I gotta think about this - I'm gonna take a bath if I try to change, but would save me some hassles later...

Anybody interested in a lightly used set of LMS downpipes?  :-[ ;D

I guess we all learn from our mistakes, also had the same issue with my 1st set of stage 3 catted DP and they thu codes instantly, then purchased the PPE DP and installed them myself which was quite easier the 2nd time around due to the antiseize on the bolts.BTW MileHigh until testing day let the SHO begin and enjoy that permanent grin you receive once loading your tune, also there is a battery relearn procedure to follow which might be beneficial. Welcome to EBPF, sorry to hear your vehicle is having issues!
You are right, exhaust leak would be a good suspect.  Sometimes you need to install new gaskets, even doubling up on them to make sure the seal is good & tight.
O2 wires often get nicked in the process, and then the sensor has to be replaced.
What brand of plugs are you using?  Did you use new plugs or re-gap the old ones?  If old, how many miles on them?
Ford has a TSB for concurrent p0420 and p0430 codes, but if you do choose to recalibrate, return your SHO to stock before having it done.  Then get the new strategy code and have your tuner update the tune accordingly before re-installing on the SHO.

May need wheel hubs replaced due to that C1B00 code.  See more details here:

What gaskets do you recommend? I just got my catted LMS DP's and I am about to install them.

Yes that is what I used. Mine are non catted not sure if there is a difference or not. Just had them installed last weekend no issues with air leaks.
