I bet you there isn't cause I've called every hour today to try and talk to some one. I've been waiting for an RMA for my controller that doesn't work.... that I waited 12 days for the first time. They might get more controllers in on Wednesday but they have no way of telling when or if that might happen. Yeah that's real reassuring.They just don't care. I talked to the owner to try and trouble shoot the problem. All I get is "yeah that might be it..." So far i have found zero technical competence from this company. Let alone customer service. Pretty bad bussiness if you aren't even there DURING BUSINESS HOURS to answer questions. If they do not get this resolved by Friday I'm taking my money elsewhere. Like Snow Performance. A company that actually has bussiness hours...

A company that actually has bussiness hours...This above is the best reason to MAKE YOU ORDER FROM ONE OF THE FORUM VENDORS!Sometimes spending a little more upfront will save money on the back end.Not to mention awesome service is worth a premium IMHO.
