The SHO is no Mustang...
Yup, pretty much what every Mustang driver I've encountered probably says as they're looking at Bronzie's big ass passing them up...
I don't think mine would be seeing too many SHO's tail lights
But I do know than can surprise an unsuspecting mustang. I've got mine equipped with anti spin tires so I don't lose due to a smoke show.
Between 2 different tuned SHO"s, I've had 5 coyote kills and zero defeats.
I think you may be surprised in a very good way how well these things respond to the whims of a talented tuner.
My current time was with 100 degree ambients, 170+ degree IAT2 temps, 2600+ DA, and half of my timing tied behind my back due to tuner imposed safety measures. I can't wait to get to the track on a nice cool low DA day. DA Corrected time for the day was 12.2x. Besides the corn tune and 3 bar, I'm stock down to the paper filter.
There have been a handful of lightly bolted cars hit low 12's recently as well.
I noticed an omission in the tuner selection suggestions, fellow member AJPTurbo.
He is a great option with excellent service, communication, and an education you won't receive from anyone else. He has also allowed me to have a hand in how its tuned and try different things I want to test. Seriously, its like I have my own personal tuner. All factory safety measures including the trans settings are intact and some items have actually been enhanced for a greater degree of safety. I am now spoiled and I suspect interactions with any other tuner will leave me frustrated and disappointed.
