How many miles on your 5.0?  I've been considering going back but have been more interested in a S550, i had an 11.  I currently have the SHO you want, 13 model modded to 400 WHP pretty easy, 20 wouldn't do though. 
13 SHO, Unleashed 3bar Tune, 1 step cooler NGK's, MDesign CAI, 170 t-stat and meth.
