I thought I read somewhere once on another forum that people couldn't figure out the Gunmetal color from TSW and they weren't releasing it. I don't want a wheel patched and it doesn't look right.
The damage isn't bad; it's just rashed and gouged in few placed. Luckily it's not cracked or bent; unless it's cracked and I can't see it through whatever it's painted in.
Lanson posted some instructions on repairing minor wheel damage somewhere here. I just can't find it...Anyway, he's a "real deal" wheel guy.. maybe PM him if he doesn't chime in
Thanks for the compliment, but my instructions only work on raw polished rim lips, which would typically be part of a 3 piece wheel. These wheels we're speaking of here are cast or rotary forged one-piece wheels, which won't work.
I don't have an EB but I am an avid modder and happy to help the community and learn/grow. Pretty good with audio and wheels, my build and discussion threads are here in the forum. 2013 Flex AWD N/A
