They should fit fine.  A bit on the heavier side compared to exotics :) , but if it's good construction, go for it.

Ok, I was making sure that the center bore and all of that would be fine. I'm still new to wheel fitment. This guy is offering all 4 rims and basically new summer tires with them all for 800$. He payed almost 2k all together. So I refuse to pass that up :)   thanks for the help. I'm picking them up Thursday and refuse to put a pic of my SHO on my profile without some new shoes.

Do they state the centerbore on the AMR wheels?  Should be 63.4 or so to fit the 2013 SHO.

From this site http://www.wheel-fitment.com/car/Ford/Mustang%20(2005%20-%20).html it appears the center bore for Mustangs 2005+ is 70.4?  So definitely check to make sure.  All you would need is an adapter to fit the 63.4 to 70.4 hub, not an expensive proposition, but required.

What size tires?  Those are probably from a Mustang and are going to have way too low of a profile tire to look good.

You would end up with a large fender gap.

Edit - Maybe not that big of a deal.  They are likely 245/45-19's.  That would be considerably smaller diameter than the factory 20" wheel/tire combo, but not that much smaller than the 19" combo.

He can help verify whether an adapter is needed.

If the center bore is not right an adapter is a few bucks right? No biggie. As for looks, I got h&r springs waiting in a box to get installed very soon. And what do our Stock daisy flower rims weigh?

P.s. I will shoot shoman a message

Adapters aren't expensive and are always a good idea.  That being said, most wheels use acorn seat lug nuts and will self center as long you take your time installing the lug nuts.

Still best to use adapters as they alleviate any potential for problems.

That post says 34 lbs.  Man that's a heavy wheel!  Wonder what my MKS chrome wheels weigh?  Guessing not lighter. LOL

The AMRS weigh a bit less than the Flower Wheels, if I recall correctly, they were about 1-3 lbs lighter with tires vs the stockers with the stock goodyears.

I had no issues with the centerbore. Hopefully my earlier PMs helped, I would jump all over the AMRs!
