Biggest problem is there is no CELs, nothing is running funny, everything seems as tight and solid as you would expect in a new car.
So other than an unidentified rattle I'm stumped. All I know for sure is it seems to be on the Drivers side, its not nearly as loud or consistent as before. Only appears on steep hills now, at WOT
At one point I pulled all the turbo piping apart and no oil leaks, intake track had some oil but nothing to bad. CAC had barely anything in it.

The sound I would best describe as (Bare with me here!) is exactly like this but faster as its at alot higher RPM.
However... no CELs at all.

Went out and did 3 WOT pulls to 3rd gear. Rattle occured all three times. Man I love this car. Kind of hate it also!

AND CODES FINALLY!
Todays codes which are only pending faults, they did not throw a CEL
P0050- http://www.obd-codes.com/p0050
P0150- http://www.obd-codes.com/p0150

Last years code
P0135- http://www.obd-codes.com/p0135
Also three a P0150 and P0050 last year as well.

If I'm reading into the P0150 right that car was running lean. So I'm still thinking... it needs a tune for more fuel? Am I on the right track here? Piston showed no detonation damage.. but I'm guessing it was still running lean. ( I have no idea, I'm just throwing darts!)

AJP turbo

You are reaching hard dude...these cars run really lean any way from the factory so I doubt it was running lean...cat back and intake should be within learning limits of a stock tune ....cat less down pipes could change volumetric efficiency enough to require some fuel tuning but to be honest I use the same fuel values as everyone else that runs a 3 bar tune and my fuel trims are pretty decent

Without datalogs anything u say about running lean and spark knock is just wild speculation at best at worst it's just useless noises coming from your mouth

A change in intake manifold and cams and heads and fuel injectors are the things that would absolutely mandate fuel tuning...what year is your truck/car?...those codes are for sensors 1...sounds more like an electrical problem with o2 or bad o2 primary sensors

What are all your mods again?

Read through your old stuff....u sure someone didn't put high flow cats or did some exhaust work?...and u have a 010' model year...id probably change those front o2's...they can cause drivability issues if the ecu isn't seeing the correct lambda or afr for a given situation...u are now showing pending primary o2 dtc so that is a place to start...maybe a rat chewed the wires..highflow cats can rattle when u get on it

Keep in mind noise only occurs after the car upshifts and only at WOT,

Heres my old Datalogs

keep in mind its through torque and collected using a crappy elm327

Ill double check the wiring but these codes were consistent last year.
Is there anyway to identify high flow cats without ripping my car apart?

AJP turbo

They were probably consistent with what u had last year because u have the same problem lol...sounds like u have a mechanical issue if u hear rattles upon wot shifting

I only look at datalogs with live link sorry..I don't think I can open ur logs ur o2's sound fuct if u ask me

They replaced Bank 1 sensor 1 last year,
So you're thinking I should replace the remaining 3?

AJP turbo

Well the code you threw was bank 2 sensor 1....So I would do that one...I wouldn't touch the rear o2's...They really shouldn't cause any drivability issues...They really only monitor cat efficiency....They can fine tune afr's but that job is primarily handled by the front o2's

Doesn't explain a rattle but sounds like you may very well have multiple problems that are stacked....Gotta start somewhere

Take some pics of those cats...Pretty easy to tell if they are stock or not

Will snap pics tomorrow. They are short fat little things with heatsheilds strapped on to them. Pretty confident they are factory however. Look identical to the ones of bpds

The dealership didn't fill up the gas tank, by any chance?  With error codes on both banks, if the new sensor on bank 2 doesn't fix it, I'd suspect wiring/PCM and dirty/faulty MAP(s) next.

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

Did the D-ship check the timing chain tensioner?

To my understanding I got a new one with the short block. On work order there is a timing chain.
Ordering a new O2 right now.

The tensioner and guides should be a different part #

FoMoCoSHO

Did they pull the CAC apart and check it for debris when they swapped the shortblock?

I doubt they checked it. I did suck out all the oil in CAC a few months ago,

This was all I got. This was done in April

No part # for timing chain or tensioners.
It used to have a small amount of chain rattle on start and no longer does. So I'm guessing they must of done something in there.

The sound I'm hearing used to be easily heard in passenger foot well, now I can hear it on drivers side only.
