Yea, it stopped now.  I was starting to get aggravated on my iPad last night ha.

How hard is the t-stat and plug change?
Awesome.

I will defer your question to someone who still wrenches on their car.

How did you go about it?  Funnel in radiator cap with coolant in it while it ran?  Last few t-stat changes i did, i didn't burp the system...
13 SHO, Unleashed 3bar Tune, 1 step cooler NGK's, MDesign CAI, 170 t-stat and meth.

SHOdded

These new cooling systems are very sensitive to air pockets, and develop them rather easily, so it is important to burp.  The HOW TO for the TStat change is here:

2007 Ford Edge SEL, Powerstop F/R Brake Kit, TXT LED 6000K Lo & Hi Beams, W16W LED Reverse Bulbs, 3BSpec 2.5w Map Lights, 5W Cree rear dome lights, 5W Cree cargo light, DTBL LED Taillights

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

There's not a cap on the radiator...
Be careful of tightening the steel plugs to tightly into the aluminum heads... Rec torque is like in inch-pounds.

Several tricks have been used. Elevating the rt frt running at operating temp is the basic.  Here's a link to the main how to thread: http://www.ecoboostperformanceforum.com/index.php/topic,2280.msg56469.html#msg56469
