I am seeing impressive gains. Since I only have access to 91 it's a huge step up when mixing 30%. I love it. The power difference is amazing.

Have you done any data logging?  That's the only way to get a revised tune for your car. He needs to know what it's doing.

Did some more logging this morning on the drive to work. Seems cooler temps required a bit more fuel and while it was still well within capacity of the fuel system just the amount of change I noticed from 90f to 70f if be wary of wot pulls when the temps get down into the 40s and 50s. Particularly before the engine temp warms up.

Torque showed about a 40 wtq gain which I was skeptical of till I went to the track and knocked 4/10ths off my 1/4

My car will not give me full power till coolant temps are over 180. Had zero issues this winter even in subzero temps.

If you guys want to get to a 50/50 mix you'll need to upgrade to the dual in tank pumps or at least to an upgraded in tank pump and boost referenced fuel pressure regulator.
I wonder if just taking the stock pump setup, drilling a hole for a return line and then putting in a fuel pressure regulator would work. The key is to force more fuel in by raising pressure and referencing it to boost.

Are you running a e30 tune? If so you should get a fuel tester and find out what you are putting in. I found out my e85 is actually only e65. Since you have to fill on the slowest setting to achieve the proper mix. At stations that have a mix pump that is.

Do you know of any long term degradation of the fuel system from using ethanol? I'd assume ford built the system with the idea that ethanol is in our fuels. Also is there any reason why they won't make a flex fuel ecoboost?

I sure am, they've been avaialble for awhile. The key is I don't have a plug and play harness but it's very easy to do the install.
I can supply you with the billet hat and pumps and you will use your own plastic bucket. You'll need to tap into the factory harness for trigger and to give fuel level. I can also provide a pump harness with relays and battery cable along with a pressure switch to turn on 2nd pump at 3PSI.
I can also sell you an AEM FPR, I can also provide the fittings and line to complete.
Still some engineering but not a half bad job.
