Glad to see you guys are backing up my claims with real world testing. Great job!
If you guys want to get to a 50/50 mix you'll need to upgrade to the dual in tank pumps or at least to an upgraded in tank pump and boost referenced fuel pressure regulator.
I wonder if just taking the stock pump setup, drilling a hole for a return line and then putting in a fuel pressure regulator would work. The key is to force more fuel in by raising pressure and referencing it to boost.
One of you crazy guys try it out! :)
Do you know of any long term degradation of the fuel system from using ethanol? I'd assume ford built the system with the idea that ethanol is in our fuels. Also is there any reason why they won't make a flex fuel ecoboost?
Long term usage of E on regular cars (Subies, Evos) have shown no usage issues, the lines are the same for north and south America, South America some contries only run Ethanol fuel (sugar cane produced).
The only line that will be stock will be the return plastic line (easily replaced). You will be provided with enough line to go from tank to FPR (mount off passenger side rear head) and from FPR to the DI pump.

No just my 91 tune gonna log some and see how things look. That way I'm not depending on the octane boost.

But I plan on going with a 3 bar, t state and switch to e85 so I'll wait till I have that all ready to go. I don't like switching tunes alot .

What fuel level does the low fuel light come on at.  I was playing with your calculator and if I could get 2 gallons 91 e10 plus 5 gallons 100 octane non E and 3 gallons of e85 I would have 10 gallons of 100 octane @ E28 for around $55

You can't mix race gas with e85. It's a no go on all the boosted forums. Reason being 100 octane is hard to light and when you add e85 which is also hard to light it leads to issues. Stick to 93 and mix e85. The ethanol is enough of a octane boost.

I know my low fuel light comes on around 30 miles to e. No idea how much is in. Maybe 3 gallons.

Once I got my e30 tune my car felt like it grew 2 more cylinders. You will never go back to your 91 tune.

I'm taking to Aeroforce to be able to provide a kit for you guys so that we can do an Ethanol gauge as part of the Aeroforce gauge setup. :)
Also made a new thread looking for volunteers for Andy Quaas to come out and use your vehicle to create a plug and play kit - http://www.ecoboostperformanceforum.com/index.php/topic,3285.msg48707/topicseen.html#new

Wish I wasn't stranded in the middle of the US. All the cool stuff goes on without me hah.

It would be awesome to get Aero force to add that in. Since I'd look like a idiot testing fuel at the station before I fill up, haha.

I can tell by my fuel trims that the E85 here is extremely consistent.

I'm just going to wait till I'm tuned and the downpipe and cutout are on the car.

My suspicion is I will be at the point that going further will probably cause things to start going boom.

I want to see how much safe power can be made with basic bolt ons and tune with the corn then I'm probably done for a while with he exception of some lightweight wheels.

I have some lightweight wheels in 17x8's :D

Fuel RAIL pressure.  At least for this car lol.

Yeah fuel rail pressure is what I'm referring to. I'm almost positive the sho and flex share the same fuel system.
