That's impressive for that little 1.6 Ecoboost!

The following mods were done to it:
- ATP Turbo Bolt-on Garrett Stage 3 GTX Turbo Upgrade
- ATP Intercooler
- ATP Downpipe
- ATP High Flow Charge Pipe (Hot Side)
- Cobb ATR Tuning File Rev. C. by Braden

It's safe to say there are aftermarket tires involved too, haha.

Ok, that's it!  We need to reach deep into the 11's with the SHO/MKS now :D

I think we'd blow the PTU/trans before that happens unfortunately  :-

That being the case, it seems to me we have hit somewhat of a performance ceiling with low 12's / (very) high 11's. Unless we have some sort of major development trans/ptu-wise.

I don't think so at all, with my fueling setup and ATP turbos the SHO should easily run mid 11's without an issue.

Thought there were indications of tranny problems in the Flex leading to a trade-in... Did I misunderstand?

The Flex is 400+ lbs heavier than the SHO, and Mike was close to the 11's with his last-known setup.  So I am guessing that is what he is basing his statement on.

800lbs...

Base weight to base weight:
Weight: 4828 lbs
Weight: 4343 lbs

Mine weighed 5100lbs on the scale with full interior, and crap inside and my big ass driving it.

12.3 at 5800ft DA and 5100lbs is faster than 11.9 at -1500ft DA at 4500ish pounds. WAY faster.

You guys really amaze me sometimes.

The Fiesta weighs as much as one of my nuts; lug nuts that is.

No feasible way to compare a car that I can field kick 50 yards against a 4000lb beast.

No reason discount a nice little commuter car, heck you bought some little bitty car and then got tired of it.
It's cheap, runs 12's fairly easily and get's great gas mileage, makes for a nice skateboard. :)

I'm not discounting it; saw one at LMS.

Just think it's funny how people are like "OMG IT RUNS 12.5"; well yeah, if I strapped a turbo to skateboard I'd probably do 2 second 1/4 miles.

I sold that little piece of turd because it had like 120 hp. My lawnmower is faster than that.

Why the hell is Cobb involved in other EB platforms, but not this one?
