I've been hit with a cease and desist letter from Ford's attorneys from using Ecoboost in my business name. I have to turn over any domains that I own with the word Ecoboost in the name as well so that includes this one and the ecoboostperformance.com that I just paid $$ to purchase.
I need some suggestions for domains that I can buy for this site/performance products.
Let me know what you guys come up with!

Are they, or did they, at least indicate their willingness to offer redirects to any new domain that's developed?

No redirects, no concessions as of right now. I'm trying to get a meeting with them tomorrow.

Ok, I'm officially bummed out now. Especially after all the recruitment work done to get us to where we are today.

I would hope someone from FMC Marketing would see the benefit of keeping this place, and all it's related posts, info, etc. intact.

I can keep the forum and move it, just need to come up with a good name for the new site.

How do all the other sites exist that use Ford car/truck names?  Do they have a copy right on Ecoboost?  You must be making too much money off of the name, they must be afraid you're going to buy them out

I think something that will come up when you search ecoboost would be the best, but who knows if you can use the words in a different combo or not.

That one is $4K!

This will not apply to everyone but what about 3.5L Twin Turbo. Really struggling with ideas here. I am assuming you can't use Ford or Ecoboost. Pretty important words to not use.
