So I just got my 12 SHO and I have done a few things to it. Custom Hybrid intake, opened up factory BOV's, vented valve cover and Livernois stage 4 tune.

The last few days I have been driving with only one BOV OTA and it sounded pretty good. Tonight I opened up the othe one and now its twice as loud and it sounds like a flutter valve. No performance loss and I was all smiles. I dont think anything is wrong im just curious because I have never heard another SHO sound like that. Anyone elses sound like that?

A sound clip would help (a video?)

Several folks have gone VTA rather than recirc.. some delete the hose between the BoV and the recirc nipples on the intakes... some leave it attached to the BoV.
I just replumbed all my hot pipes with ceramic thermal coated stainless and don't even have a nipple to attach a hose... just opening on two sides to allow VTA... I suspect all variations make a unique sound difference. mine go "pffffffttt" when I let off the throttle.  It is not loud.

Be sure you have capped the nipple on the suction side so that you are not sucking water, unfiltered air (hot too), and other stuff directly into your turbos.

Everything is properly capped off. Mine makes more of a fluttering sound and it is pretty loud. I will make a video later.
