The Lemon Law really makes you a loser. The dealership/manufacturer gets to deduct something like 30 cents a mile for all the miles on the car and that comes off the top of the settlement, also I believe they also can deduct for any damage (interior or exterior) that need to be fixed so I would contact Ford about arbatration to get the car fixed or replaced since it only has 5400 miles...I think this would be a better route to go then Lemon Law..if you want Ford to know you are serious have an attorney contact both the dealer and Ford about this car...once you get an attorney involved they will know you are serious.
