Actually all it was been in and out the dealership. " replaced the valve body and separator plate per service manager reprogramed TCM per service bulletin 13-04-16" this been done on my car and still have it.... I need your knowledge about this harshness on shifting. My last option is to lemon it... I was looking around to trade my car but the value of the car is only 27000 max its a 2013 SHO options is the whole nine yards and it has only 5400 miles on it.... need help for any resolution....

The Lemon Law really makes you a loser.  The dealership/manufacturer gets to deduct something like 30 cents a mile for all the miles on the car and that comes off the top of the settlement, also I believe they also can deduct for any damage (interior or exterior) that need to be fixed so I would contact Ford about arbatration to get the car fixed or replaced since it only has 5400 miles...I think this would be a better route to go then Lemon Law..if you want Ford to know you are serious have an attorney contact both the dealer and Ford about this car...once you get an attorney involved they will know you are serious.

no worries my car is very well maintained and never had any damages in and out of the car and had no upgrades or what so ever im the only person who seats on my car so I got nothing to worry about it.... Im tired of going back to the dealer to fix my car and will end up with out any fix.... Wish went to JDM car... just saying

I just settled my lemon law case with ford and won before going to arbitration. They can't hit you for mileage unless you have more than 12K on it, at least in NY. I didn't lose any money on the lemon law.

Thanks, yes it was long and winding. I am driving a 2014 Ram Sport now.

they only charge you the penalty from any mileage before the first doccumented repair attempt. Basically tyhe mileage you were "able to successfully drive the car". I did a lemon law on a 98 Mustang GT becasue the rear end kept going out. It was a huge hassell with out an attorney, but I eventually won. Well sorta. Ford agreed they couldn't fix it properly for some reason and basically offered to let me trade it in for a 2000 Mustang GT which was a much better car. I was kinda happy with that, but all it did was cover the negative equity for the trade in. I still lost 2 years of payments on the car towards owning it, so basically they took the 98 away and started me over new in the 2000. They were acting like I got such a good deal becasue there was no negative equity in the trade. I was pissed but enjoyed the 2000 alot more. Especially with 708rwhp :)
