FWIW there is another hose worth mentioning highlighted in blue and just make sure the hose clamp is on tight. Z

Just ordered some hot pipes with tial BOV, still contacting the dealer tho to check it out. Figure ill need these anyway even if they fix it. Won't have to worry about the stock pipes

I was curious to know based on www.ecopowerparts.com if the Tial BOV spring rate has changed from an -8psi spring which is currently on my SHO to -10 psi spring. TIA. Z  :)

The spring pressure is related to vacuum not boost. The 10 psi spring is for -16 to -19 inHg which is what I verfied on my car and many others.
I've had one person have an issue with the 10 psi spring but I think he's got a boost leak.

Took some pics today under the car since i had a little time. I tried to actuate the wastegates by hand and I don't think they were moving at all. It was pretty hard to get my hand in there. The rod is supposed to move in and out of the wastegate right?

Got some pics of front turbo, looks dry, felt around Everything seems secure.

Pics of back turbo, that inlet pipe looks weird, hard for me to tell if its seated all the way on there

HN18 CHECK TURBOCHARGER WASTEGATE ACTUATOR OPERATION
NOTICE: Do not exceed 103.4 kPa (15psi) of pressure applied to the turbocharger actuators, excessive pressure will damage actuators.

Note: If the pressure bleeds off quickly while carrying out this test, find and repair the leak and retest the vehicle to verify that the initial concern is still present before continuing with this step.

Disconnect the turbocharger high pressure supply hose from the turbocharger (TC) wastegate regulating valve solenoid.
Using a suitable hand pump with pressure gauge, pressurize the TC wastegate regulating valve solenoid to 48.3 kPa (7 psi).
Ignition ON, engine OFF.
Access the PCM and control the TURBO_WGATE (PER) PID.
Command the turbocharger (TC) wastegate regulating valve solenoid duty cycle from 0% to 100%.
Ignition OFF.

Did the pressure drop when the duty cycle was commanded to 100%?
Yes
GO to HN21 .
No
INSTALL a new TC Wastegate Regulating Valve solenoid. Clear the PCM DTCs. REPEAT the self-test.

HN22 CHECK TURBOCHARGER WASTEGATE ACTUATOR OPERATION
NOTICE: Do not exceed 103.4 kPa (15psi) of pressure applied to the turbocharger actuators, excessive pressure will damage actuators.

•   Disconnect the turbocharger wastegate control hose from the turbocharger (TC) wastegate regulating valve solenoid.
•   Record each of the turbocharger wastegate actuator linkage positions.
•   Using a suitable hand pump with pressure gauge, pressurize the turbocharger wastegate actuator hoses to 48.3 kPa (7 psi).

Did each turbocharger wastegate actuator linkage move from the starting position?
Yes
GO to HN24 .
No

problem I have is, I have no idea what a "good" one looks like from that angle under the car. I can't visualize how that is supposed to sit. To me its crooked, but IDK if its supposed to go on at an angle with that clamp.

Also this is the one they just replaced in may! Maybe they didn't put it back together right? IDK.

Ford called and I have to reschedule. Chance of me swapping new hot pipes on to see if it fixes my issue before going to Ford very high...

They were able to get me in today.... Just called me and said they can't see an issue, i reiterated wgdc too high, told them they need to get on it to see it happen because wgdc causes a timeout and drops the boost

See if this helps you.

Here is your boost curve in 3rd gear. It takes a while for boost to build and is not crisp. It has a soft curve instead of ramping up fast. And look at the high RPM where you see the boost fall and at the same time your wastegate duty climbs fast because it's trying to get boost up to commanded and can't. And the more boost falls the more the ECU is trying to maintain boost.

The lines on the graph are RPM, Boost(MAP), wastegate duty.

Now here is a pic of a log doing the same kind of pull.
Boost stays flat even at high rpm. Builds quickly and sharply. And wastegate duty is constant and steadily rising slightly at high RPM...At your elevation it is easy to hold 14 psi..But in yours the bottom falls out and boost is dropping.
