These are not the exact same ones I got.  Mine were from this seller

http://stores.ebay.com/3bspec

and description at the time was

3BSpec T15 921 912 906 Wedge LED 7W Q5 Cree Reverse Backup Bulbs White

Currently out of stock on this particular bulb.  Stated luminosity is 640.

I do not have a Gen4 SHO, but do have these installed in a '07 Edge.  I can measure them if you like.  The ones I have linked to above have stated measurements of

Size: 0.58" in diameter, and 1.80" long

and luminosity of 550.

Cree bulbs are very bright, generally the drawback is the amount of heat they produce, so generally better for well-ventilated or "short-duration" applications in tight spaces.

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

For backup light, that should be fine.

I wouldn't use them for anything else due to their lumens.

It does look like these bulbs do have a heat sink.

I bought these;

http://www.ebay.com/itm/2x-Super-Bright-Cree-High-Power-LED-Bulbs-For-Backup-Reverse-Lights-912-921-T15-/111074344444

They will not work for 2013 model -- my reverse lights are in my actual truck and they go into my housing at an angle--so when I put these in, they were basically pointing sideways. I need an actual 360 degree LED that puts out at least 300 lumens.

Here are some photos; if anyone can ACTUALLY use these and want them, let me know -- I'll sell them to you because seller won't take them back.

What did they say to you?  They won't take it back because it was "used"?  The return policy does not have any details onsite.  I'd put comments in their feedback if they continue to be unresponsive, sometimes that jolts the seller into the proper action.

If no resolution, PM me, I'd be glad to take 'em off your hands.

I just swapped with my mate as ones I had were perfect for him.

I'm trying these out tonight.

I got my other LEDS in. I'm short one for map lights, I bought 4 instead of 5. I'm going to replace lights that come on when you open door and order another. So I'll do the actual reading lights in rear next week. I also got my license plate lights too.

Standby for more photos.

Alright, more updates.

As of right now everything looks great--grant it the sun it out so it could be deceiving. I am waiting until night far to test for sure. So far, the interior, reverse LED's I swapped with my buddy, and license plate LED's all look AMAZING!

I broke one LED and am short one LED for the rear seat map lights. The middle bulb was a PITA to get in; it was super tight which caused me to break the first LED. Actually, my dumb self didn't realize you can put the LED on it but not push in to test polarity--I got LED in and it didn't come on (was backwards), tried to take it out and because it's such a tight fit I basically ripped the LED off the base LOL.

Here photos, I am now going to think about the front signal and marker bulb--I really would like to go LED but I hear from lights are a PITA.

On to the PHOTONS!

Reverse Bulbs; got these from my mate--not sure where he got them.

Map lights and License Plate lights;

Front Map Lights; I had to take the reflector out to get the bulb--they were TIGHT.

License Plate Lights; love it!

Reverse Lights; before and after shots.

Very nice.  Looks really good!

geswek

Of course it does, I did it. ;)

Haha --

I've decided I'm not painting my chrome; I like the luxurious class it spouts off because you catch the aggressive stance!

I meant that it looks real nice from what I can see in those tiny pictures.
