So I got a code for an engine light and more specifically oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor one. Anyone else have this code in the past?

Any changes to/any work on your engine lately?  I'd start by reading this:
http://www.obd-codes.com/p0130

The possible reasons stated are:
Usually the cause of P0130 is a bad oxygen sensor, however this isn't always the case. If your o2 sensors haven't been replaced and they are old, it's a good bet that the sensor is the problem. But, It could be caused by any of the following:
• Water or corrosion in the connector
•Loose terminals in the connector
•Wiring burnt on exhaust components
• Open or short in the wiring due to rubbing on engine components
• Holes in exhaust allowing unmetered oxygen into exhaust system
• Unmetered vacuum leak at the engine
• Bad o2 sensor
• Bad PCM

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

If it is just the sensor, what brand is OEM

Could just be fouled or a corroded connector.  Could be a fouled O2 sensor.  CRC makes a MAF sensor cleaner that is safe and works. I use it on my car after seeing it in my dealer's shop and verifying it... Walmart, auto zone. etc.

Might look at the connectors, clean and use a little dielectric grease... This won't cost 90 bucks

I had that sensor go when my car just passed 36k miles. I would've been a $300 job if my car was out of warranty at the dealer.

Had one thought... Have you looked in the IC to see if there is oil/liquid accumulation?  If a slug of this was sucked up but not enough to lock the engine it could easily show up as a random string of misfires.... Just another thought.

Where is the location of bank 1 sensor 1? By the oil filter?

It is on the passenger side down pipe above the plastic shield that closes the engine compartment.

I just got this check engine code earlier today.  I'm seeing two different types of motorcraft o2 sensors for the 2010 mks.  One is labeled lower and the other is labeled upper.  Any idea which to get?

And to get to this sensor, just remove that plastic splash shield under the car and it's right on the downpipe by the passenger side tire?  Nothing to remove to get access to the sensor?
