So today, like a hour ago- I  am experiencing drastic power loss (NO POWER REALLY) and rattling (sounds like from exhaust-l/h front driver side). I literally have no power barely gets to 40 after like 10 seconds. NO codes are present!! Any ideas? I haven't jacked the car up yet...

Don't drive it? Inspect all connections, a boost tube could of came off?

Any problems before (misfire, fuel smell from exhaust)?  Were you "normal" driving or going WOT at the time of the power loss?  Could be plugged cats from the sound of it, though that should have thrown codes along the way.  Any oil leak?  Could be a blown turbo as well.

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

Did you recently perform anything on the vehicle? check the map sensor's to see if the connectors are on tight, also check to see the pressure hose on the wastegate popped off.

Clogged cat? Get under there and see if your exhaust is glowing near the cats. Also could be grenaded PTU or CV shaft.

Turned out the turbos were failing along with the exhaust all got replaced for a hefty 3400 plus... Then the next day a vacuum line blew took back to the shop they fixed that then 2 days later the cats grenaded.. At the shop for a 3rd time as we speak. Ever have problems like that before lol mdesign? And yes eventually I still want your exhaust if still available. Yes I was tuned..

Major ouchie!  Hope 3rd time is lucky charm ...  Have shop check for leaky injectors while it's in for service.  Don't want to run into that problem and ruin your investment so far.

That is some bad luck, hopefully all is solved now (it should be for that price tag!).

Anyone ever had problems with a tune? It's from Torrie it seems at extreme boost tune the power just hiccups

korb419

Granted haven't swapped to the irridum plugs.. They are purchased just not installed yet

What plugs are you running/were you running at what gap when this happened?

I personally never changed the plugs since I bought it

If the plugs are indeed stock/stock gap, that will NOT work with a tune.  You need to have at the very least, plug gap set to 0.030 (I believe Torrie likes 0.028) and plugs changed regularly depending on how fast this gap grows.  The NGKs from Torrie or the Motorcraft SP534 plugs should work fine as replacements.  So add that to the work that needs doing before the MKS is able to run smoothly again.
