At least Motorcraft SP-534 come pregapped at 0.30 for our convienence making the install even easier, including the price being so cheap, why not change them more often, especially if you have a tune. https://www.rockauto.com/catalog/x,carcode,1503823,parttype,7212 3.72 each.

If the plugs are indeed stock/stock gap, that will NOT work with a tune.  You need to have at the very least, plug gap set to 0.030 (I believe Torrie likes 0.028) and plugs changed regularly depending on how fast this gap grows.  The NGKs from Torrie or the Motorcraft SP534 plugs should work fine as replacements.  So add that to the work that needs doing before the MKS is able to run smoothly again.

^^This, personally I believe .028 is a better gap. I've had mine at .030 and believe the car could run a bit better at .028. Anyone currently running that gap?

What tune are you using torries? And what type of tune? Mines 93 octane with smooth shifting-mild tune then the boost tune is where I seem to have issues and hiccups in the power delivery

Do you know the part number for the ngk? Wonder if anyone's tired any other type of performance plug.

I'm using Torries 93 octane with smooth shifting as well, also modded for 3BAR. I would data log if you have the equipment to, maybe you have a corrupt tune file or need some adjustments dialed in to your car specifically.

Wasinger what tune you running?
Running a 91/3bar/170°/Meth Torrie tune. No issues for me so I'm sure yours will get worked out. Plugs need to be set first for sure.

I tried some AutoLite iridium plugs that worked amazingly well at first though I forgot to add any dielectric grease, at all, so I think I fouled the plugs. When I went to pull them I threw in some SP534 gapped to .030 and used dielectric grease liberally.

I still have the plugs just lying here, probably 2,000 miles on them. Should I clean them and toss them back in? They made the car pull like an ape and then started fouling due to the lack of grease I believe as the SP534 greased cleared it up.

What's the part number for the Autolite, where did you get it from?  I don't see it listed either on Rockauto or Advance Auto websites.

Here's OReilly's page showing the various plug options for the 3.5EB, including plug gap:

Since the F150 guys have a huge thread going on about spark plug & appropriate gapping:
