Even with 102 octane the computer was still pulling timing.

Put in my NGK 7's this weekend porcelain looked good, white very little color if any at all, still pulling 4.5 deg on a reduced timing tune.  May be issues with oil consumption.  I changed my oil this weekend as well so we will see what she does after her first oil change.  Still don't have my meth kit in yet...
2014 SHO -PP, Unleashed Tuned, 3bar, Devils Own 100% meth, PPE catted down pipes, 3rd cat delete, Magnaflow 2.5" exhaust, 170 deg, NGK 7's plugs, hot pipes - White Platinum 401a
418 whp - 513 wlb/ft
non meth 13.11@103.6 (knock limited)
Meth pass 11.991@114.28

BiGMaC

My understanding is that the most compensation the ECU can make is pulling 7.5 degrees of timing... Then it will throw a light.

I agree that some logging or other investigation is needed.  I wonder if it would still knock if you put in a 91 octane tune or even returned to stock.  There could be something going on that is unrelated to the tune.

Prior to plugs and tstat I switched to the 91 octane 4+ tune for a little while and still got knock regardless where I filled up with 93.  I went back to the stock tune for months till this past weekend and never heard any knock doing the same tests, and that was without the plugs and tstat.

As suggested above, may want to go ahead and upgrade your 4X to allow for 3 bar MAP sensor.  The 4X is the "ultimate" LMS packaged tune for the 2010-12 SHO, but I believe it requires the MyCal device.
2007 Ford Edge SEL, Powerstop F/R Brake Kit, TXT LED 6000K Lo & Hi Beams, W16W LED Reverse Bulbs, 3BSpec 2.5w Map Lights, 5W Cree rear dome lights, 5W Cree cargo light, DTBL LED Taillights

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

I'm already waiting for the 4x for my MyCal....I have the 3 bar MAP sensor sitting around somewhere.  I've been looking into logging applications, FORScan looks good as ShoBoat mentioned, but preferably something for my Nexus 7 or S3.  I recall reading that there will be an Android version coming out.  I do have laptops to spare.

You'll want to download an app called "Torque" (or you could use DashCommand).  Get the PRO version as its only like $5 and then check out the thread we have going in the "Datalogging" section of the forum.  Forscan is nice because it is free and it is very fast so it's good for datalogging that you want to review out of the car later...I prefer Torque for everyday use to know what is going on with the car at a quick glance.

I personally use it all the time (Torque Pro on a galaxy s3) here is a screen shot. The min max values are really helpful.

With the additional PIDs it makes it a great tool.
