Again with the wheel spacers...

A little while back BPD referred me to his installation guy so I could inquire about Eibach pro kit install, among other things. In a PM to BPD I expressed concern over the stock wheels looking to "sucked in" to the fender since there already is a gap and I wasn't sure if that gap would look bigger with the car lowered. He PM'd back stating he doesn't think it will look any worse but after I lowered it and drive around a little, if I wanted to change the look I should get in contact with H&R about spacers.  Since I decided new wider wheels would be my last mod since I am on a budget, spacers seem like a good option for getting that wider stance I'm looking for.

So I contacted H&R about spacers. They have NOTHING that will fit the SHO's. They said it has something to do with the wheel studs, to thick or something like that.

If there is anyone out there who have used wheel spacers on their SHO
where did you get them?  If anyone has and ideas, info, suggestions, etc. on where to buy and what type of spacers to get please inform me.

If anyone has a set of 20x8.5 Nurburging's they'd like to donate to me, that would be much appreciated.

I have 3mm spacers on the front of my car, they came from MGP, as the space was required to make the caliper covers clear the wheel once the first brake TSB was done on the car.

I did send Brad a PM on this, with my contact person over there at H&R.

More likely to be of help than some poor shmuck work'n the phones & merely flip'n through their catalog and not seeing anything applicable.

Traditionally, H&R recommendea new (& longer) wheel studs with their spacers anyhow.

Hope it's of some help! :ok:

I'm 99% sure this ebay seller will make whatever spacer you want and made from steel even.

I might see if they can make me some. I sent them a message on ebay to ask. I think they're on the north side of Houston not too far from me.
