2013+ ignition fuse and pump turn on q's

Thanks guys for all the help. With your help, Julio's and all the tech write up's I felt that the install came out nice and clean. All the parts fit just like the pictures, the pump and hoses mounted and routed just like bpd's I also put a ss/clamp around pump and mount. ALL the wires are inside a new harness and wrapped with tape all the way from the pump to the glove box (wrapping seemed to take forever). When I pulled the wires through the fire wall and ran to the PAC behind the g/box it was already in one nice package, then sealed the hole around the new harness with a catalyzed type silicone

Now I already assumed LMS would not support or counsel on a on a meth install that was not purchased from them, but I just asked about the trigger fuse. I guess the fuse location is part of there own privet knowlage base and if they didn't want to give it to me, I can understand that. My last question for them was, this is what I did / this is what I've got, will the tune I have work or can you tune for it. His response left me more worried then ever. "I don't know, maybe, if you want to blow your car up" so that's where I'm at
Last thing - I think I was talking to the shop not sales

I know they have had some nightmares with cars in the shop that have had meth kits installed buy the customers, so I'm assuming there already thinking " oh G what did they do" . I wish I could go in but it's a little far from Oregon

If everything is hooked up correctly, there is no reason it won't or with there tune.
And if you don't have things wired correctly there tune will still work as long as you have a bar 3 map. Your car will run fine.
Another words the worst thing that could happen is you blow a fuse, your car will still run just as it did before.
You need to get your trigger wire hooked up and test meth system. You don't need a tune to purge the system or to see if you get a green light.
And once you achieve this, all you will have to do at most once you do get a tune for is maybe adjust the turn on.

Thanks. I'll do like you say. Seems like I should be good to go. I tried to run the 3bar before the tune and dang, the car sure didn't like that (tranny clunk / engine sputter). I'm assuming the tune corrects the vehicle for the use of the 3bar

That is accurate.

It's not a matter of "correcting" the vehicle, rather, correcting what the ECM is reading.

If you haven't adjusted for the signals the 3bar MapV is sending/receiving to the ECM (and other sensors in / along it's arterial path) via means of tuning, and you just install the 3bar, without tuning for it accordingly, you will experience the results you've previously reported.

Thanks for the words of support. I also called Julio and ran down my install procedure. He said "that it, you are good to go" got a blizzard out in front of my house at the moment, probably not going to tinker on the car tonight. If the snow shuts me down from work tomorrow I'll getherdone. Almost afraid to ask if I need a tune for my down pipes??

Glad you got it straight... don't wish you bad weather, but I do wish you time to complete things soon and then weather to enjoy the mod!

As far as the downpipes... the car will run fine without changing your tune, but there are tweaks they can make that will change your tune to get the most from your DPs... Faster yet!!

You will need a tune for dps as well. Depending in who's pipes you use and if they are catted or not. Car will run fine without tuning for, but you could throw codes.

Supposedly those don't throw codes. But you will still need a revised tune to get full benefits of the dps.

3bar and tune worked fine. Before the tune the red light came on real easy and I got a green once. After the tune I think I got a couple of red flickers. To much ice and snow I guess. Suppose to melt Monday

Looks like you still have air in the line. It may work its self out, but sometimes you have remember line from spray nozzle and hold test button to purge it all out. But for purging you need to turn the gain all the way. You can also rev your engine up to about 3k and hit test until light goes green.
