is anyone running wider that the stock size tires on the stock "flower" wheels ?

I wondered how a tad wider tire might look hanging over the wheel edges on these wheels ?

Also has anyone put on wheel spacers to push the wheels out flush with the fenders ?

I'll need tires in a few months. May go with a Yokahama 520 I think ? I had some on my G35 and couldn't hardly wear them out. I think they're actually even rated to 60k miles lol

They look mean! Just the right amount of stance increase. I love the aggressive tread. I also love the idea of about 1.2 extra inches of tread width over stock without changing the final drive ratio or loss of ride/sidewall   :thumb:

What brand and model are they?

I would think on the stock rims the most you would want to push is a 255 width.

Yeah, that's as far as I would push it.  Shoman did mention that the 275s had a bowed tread.

I run a 255/35 as I wanted more footprint and less height to gain some gearing since I'm nonPP.

Next time I'll prob go 255/40 as long as choices are there... its what I wanted first time but man its slim pickens.

I also run 5/16 f and 7/16 r spacers.

I replaced the stock tires with 255/45R20 all-season tires (Kumho Ecsta 4X XL) and I've had zero problems after about 15k miles.

Double smokin deal!  Thanks.
Having this SHO from 2010 and 1993 SHO before that. I learn that the tire manufactory make hi performance tires model for a time (at a hi price) then discontinued them for a NEW HI PRICE REPLACMENT MODEL. Like the Goodyear F1 that come on the SHO were $385ea in 2010,Now they are only $146 at Tire-Plus. So the trick is to find some that are being discontinued when you need new ones.LOL
