car died on drive to work

Did you guys have any warnings, any noticeable  glitches prior to your car shutting down, and prior to being diagnosed?

I would say its like having the fuel cutoff switch activated,glad no one was hurt especially with Christmas around the corner. Z

My car never died while driving. It happened when decelerating at a red light, the car started shaking bad. But it accelerated fine. When I got home and turned it off and let it sit for a little. It wouldn't restart. As far as keywords go, I just told them that I'd prefer to have all 6 done because if 1 went, the others can't be too far behind. I have a good relationship with my dealer so they took care of it.

I have gapped ngk's installed. i don't want them messing with those!

You may have to replace at least one. In my case, #6 was fouled by the fuel from the leaking injector

I just picked it up. it was #6. no new spark plug. i didn't drive it far enough to foul it I believe. less than a mile once the car acted up.

The usual suspect is the rear #3 injector by the firewall drivers side,bit surprised both of you had the same injector go bad,hopefully its a permanent fix.  Z
