Update:
Had to keep pushing back the appointment due to the weather being so bad the past week. I told them that I'd try and schedule a time when I was off and instead of me calling them the first day of great weather I get a call saying that they could get me in at 0800 this morning. Went to the dealership to drop it off and was greeted by a lovely young lady who complemented me up a down about the car. She was really nice and had all my needs documented and then found that the license plate lamp recall hadn't been done and ensured that it would get taken care of. The last time I was in I had an appt with a gentleman who seemed rather reluctant as to everything I was saying and it was a relief to hear her address my concerns with enthusiasm the way she did. I took the opportunity to give the cobra some TLC as I was prepared to be driving her for the next day or so and to my surprise I get a call from her at 1500 stating that my car was done. She stated that the hissing sound wasn't normal and replaced the gray valves. She stated that they should be hissing but not to that volume. She also said that the steering TSB was done for the thrust washer and she went ahead and replaced the hub cause it was making a slight sound and wanted to get it taken care of right the first time to save me the trouble. Interestingly enough I find out that she is the manager of the "special team" (lol) that only deal with the Sho's, raptors, shelbys, etc. never knew ford dealership had teams like those. I'll pick up the car shortly and then update once I've driven it some.
