I think I am sold on the 2.0 Fusion for my new commuter car, but might have to check out what the prices really are...

Yeah, I like the Fusions a lot myself. I was thinking about one to replace our beatermobile, but I think now my wife is leaning towards a new Explorer for a new tow vehicle...so looks like we'll keep the old Sable, and replace the 04 Explorer (will sure miss the v-8).

I am just excited to see what the x-plan pin gets me for pricing compared to what I have gotten from a couple quick visits to the dealership...kinda nice, it says right in the documents that the dealer can't charge more than $100 DOC fee, I get all incentives available regardless of price, etc...See what this $30k car comes down to!

You'll get it to about base price MSRP from what I read.

$100. over invoice less any incentives. Of course dealer can add that sales charge you talk about. In Iowa, it isn't done. In Naples, FL it is $400.00 to $1,000.00 At the time I got xplan for my Flex, the max Ford would allow was $75.00 same as GM Friends plan.
