It's not a clunk but more of a dull click and exactly the same noise every time. I'm guessing it's a tie rod. I have 2010 and am still within my extended warranty. I have the LMS 4X tune and should I load the stock tune before I take it in? I really don't want to.

This often results in a new strategy code. Benefits: you have the current stock updates and you know to get the new SC to your tuner so revised tunes will work in your car. I have had this event happen and was glad I had a drive able car and within 24 hrs an appropriate tune.

Not to mention Ford dealerships are very busy places these days taking care of a gazilion recalls and a fact like that could be missed in the process. Take a pic of your strategy and check it after any dealer trips before reflashing.
