My brother wants to take the SHO tomorrow.

So my brother is in high school and he wants to take the SHO to school tomorrow. I let him drive it once in awhile just cause and I am confident in his driving abilities. A couple months back though he took the car in the middle of the night with some friends and I saw the one friends snapchat story with an insanely high gps speed so I limited his key to 80 mph. Funny thing is he doesn't know that the speed limiter is there. This should be funny.

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

I did that to my teenage son...ummm dad I think the car is broken. It won't go over 75....

13' SHO, Non-PP, Tuned by Torrie, Meth injection, 3 bar, 170* stat, custom axle back exhaust, Prosport Boost gauge.
15' F150 Lariat Sport, all the options, 3.5L Eco. (fiancée ride.)

My step son decided to take my SHO out for a joy ride with some of his buddies one weekend when the wife and I were away for one of my motorcycle race weekends.  Needless to say we live in a very small town and I knew within hours of returning home that he was out trying to race other kids in town.

Spare FOB came off the hooks and got programmed to 70 and put back up.  I've not heard of another joy ride since then. :D

That actually is a funny story to begin with,and honestly no dis intended but you trust his driving ability and he's only in high school,sorry brother to disagree with you but doing 80 in my car is a red flag and a wakeup call to say the least,cause had a similiar situation years ago with my brother,lesson learned for me,at that age most of us thought we had nine lives,non one drives my car only the service tech.Z

Colorado the interstate is 75 and parts of Wyoming is 80. Utah had some 85 roads not sure if they still do

I'm a senior in high school. I saved up and work my butt off at work to make the payments for the car and pay the $1860 insurance bill every 6 months, along with a tank of 93 every week. I'm out every weekend washing my car, even if it's when I get off work at 11pm. My neighbors think I'm crazy lol. I take meticulous care of my car. It all depends on the responsibility of your brother. I'm trying to overcome the stereotype that teens beat the tar out of their cars and their parents pay for everything. I'm the only one at my small high school that can say that they pay for their own car, and I'm proud of that.
