Just came across this while perusing the interwebs.

The rear looks kinda cool; not sure how you'd make a Corsa come out as twin exits on each side.

Yea, this is a knock off kit that was originally designed by Mr. Rick Bottom, owner of RB Designs located in Mendota, IL.

Rick has a lot of SEMA cars that he's built over the years, & he helped inspire this body kit back in 2009.

It was 1st displayed on his 2010 Taurus SHO affectionately dubbed "SHOx".

The molds were sold to a company in Ohio, called Razzi.

Razzi is a subsidiary of Auto Aftermarket Concepts.

I am running the front chin spoiler only, as I didn't really care for the remainder of the kit. Especially the side skirts. Yuck.

I wanted to retain the appearance of the rake from front to rear, & was afraid if I opted in on the entire kit, it would've given the car a more "level" appearance in relation to the ground.

I will tell you that being so low to the ground on the front end, it makes navigating some road ways a tad bit precarious to drive around upon.

Just a heads up.

Yeah I'm worried about that.

I have to remind myself I can't pull all the way up to a curb LOL.

Curb's, severe dips/bumps in the roadway, medium transitions from flat pavement to a parking lot or other angled transition(s), it's a chore (not to scrape) but if you're in it for the looks (besides just the performance of your SHO) then it's worth the effort.

At least IMHO.  :kakashi4:

I wish someone would make a nice cowl hood for our rides.  The front spoiler looks nice but I think it ends there.

Eh, I think the 2013 hood is the best. It has a wider cowl that looks more in tune with the lines. Once I throw the GT vents on it, it'll be complete.

I do have my boys at the hot rod shop thinking up some ideas for ram air injection. I figure if these kids can do some crazy @#@5 with some old school 60's, they might have an idea for new modern; I'm also for retro look.

Judging by the image you have posted in your sig, it appears that you already have the lip, as well as the remainder of the ghetto kit as you call it.

Or you work'n magic with Editor or Photoshop? :hmmm:

BAHAha, get someone every time.

His signature is a SHO from a video game -- I think it's Forza Motorsports 3 if I'm not mistaken.

I am wondering why this "body kit" in photos looks like it's taped against the body panels whereas your front lip is flush as if it simply attaches to your bumper like the factory piece.

Maybe it's just their photos. I always wondered, why would someone buy a stupid kit that adds thickness in 4 areas--looks kinda stupid imo.

Am I the only one who likes the whole kit?

The reason mine is flush, is because the mfg'er recommended to install directly OVER the existing/OEM lower front air dam thing.

They ship it with double sided tape, and they want purchasers to use that to adhere to the factory surface.

Problem with that is though that not only does it look like dookie, it also isn't very sturdy/dependable.

I would be afraid, if I had followed mfg'er recommendations, that the damn thing would've flown off at even reasonable, highway speeds.

We chose to remove the OEM clip, and make better use of the backwards 'C' channel found all along the lower portions of the entire front bumper clip to mount it.

Additionally, we custom fab'd metal brackets to "tie it in" into the smaller, front, under belly pan, as well as bolting it into the front portions of each front fender liner(s) on either side of the car.

I like this kit to bad its from down under for the ford fpv. But would make the sho much more aggresive

SHOdded

'tis a nice kit.  If they made the front clip rake forward (i.e., more aggressive) instead of being in a vertical plane, I would like it better.  The chin looks a bit weak to me the way it is now.
