2011 SHO. wouldn't shift into 5th, clunking.

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

I didn't notice what the dash said but if it acts up again before Monday I will let you guys know.

It started doing this while stock yesterday. I wasn't even able to make one full throttle pass with the tune. It immediately got stuck in gear before I was able to get on the highway.

If it's easy to duplicate, the dealer should be able to get it fixed.  How much longer do you have to wait before the warranty will kick in?  Hopefully they don't get you issues!

They are saying they can't find anything wrong besides a miss fire. I took the tech for a ride and he said it's just a miss fire. All the down shifting issues and everything just a miss fire. Laughable.
