Rear window sun visor question

I have a sho equipped with one of these sun visors in the rear and I was wondering if anyone has found a way for it to stay up at all times regardless if the car is in reverse.

Is there a fuse for it, or is there a way that I can unplug the motor, so the visor stays up at all times even when the car is reversing?

Look for a small plug by the rear window and try to disconnect it with the visor up or you can remove fuse #8 ,which is 20amp in the engine compartment ,but it will disable your sunroof and rear sunshade.

You mean the sunshade?  Like ZSHO said, I believe you have to peel back the rear deck carpeting to expose the motor/connectors.  Unplug that, good to go.  If you are looking to repair yourself, this may be helpful:

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

Yes, the rear sunshade is what I meant. That's exactly what I want, to disable the rear sunshade in the up position so I don't have to get it up after every time I back up. Lol, the second sentance reads weird, but no harm intended. I don't want to disable the sunroof, so I guess the fuse is not an option. I will check the plug going to the motor, but it would really be nice if ford left us this as an option.

And thanks for the info guys, and the l link. I can't view the pic from that link, but I will attempt this in the near future to see if it works without giving any warning lights on the dash.
