So truthfully, you could probably grab a heat gun and something with a bit of shaping ability metal blocking tool, maybe the blunt end of a screwdriver if it is a good one that won't melt), and heat up the bumper from the inside, slowly and with moderate heat. Then gently push the "dent" back out, little by little. Then, let it cool and buff-polish the bumper on the outside, maybe a tiny bit of touch-up paint. It isn't nearly as bad as you think, I think.
