I'm interested in getting an aftermarket exhaust and if I do it would be the Magnaflow catback but don't know if it would be worth the $1000 plus for it . Would like to know how much more HP. Any idea anyone ?
I'm ordering the catless DPs tomorrow .

I posted a video on my 13 PP SHO 0-140 with LMS V8 tune only against another member on herw with the exact same video but he had a Corsa catback. 0-60 almost identical. By 80 he's moving a little faster by 100 he's moving a bit faster and when I reach 130 he's at 140. What ever the gain is it appears to shine more at higher speeds. If thats what you want / need and it's worth it go for it. If you don't run your above 80 often or looking for every little extra hp then save your money :)

There are some gains, why they don't add up to much the dyno. But where you feel the gain is of the line. There is less restriction and turbo spool faster. I know my car is much more peppier when I've went back stock tune. The it was when it was unmodified.

68.... Do you know if the version of v8 the other guy had was modded for the Corsa?... I believe the tune is a little different if LMS knows about the exhaust... like when they adjust for downpipes, t-stat, CAI, etc.

Still 9 dynos with three sets of DPs on my SHO when it was stock tuned showed 12HP (catted)-17HP (non-catted)  increase on the dyno, but as chris pointed out... and I notice driving, the big benefit of DPs is the more rapid spooling of turbos (1500 or so rpm instead of 21-2200) giving you more torque down lower.

back to the rest of the exhaust....  I'd ask LMS about the exhaust mods....

I'm sure he just got the V8 tune revision and posted up his 0-140 video I hope / doubt he didn't leave that out !

play them both at the same time. FF one to .2sec and pause it. Hit play on the other then go to the paused one and hit play. Easier to do from Youtube in 2 open windows sized and side by side.

such a small variation of speed would be hard to definitively say it was the exhaust; One might have more carbon build up than the other (Highly likely), maybe fresher PTU fluid/ RDU, air temp difference, elevation, etc...

More carbon build up !? What's wrong with my SHO now !? It's pretty well maintained at 30k miles !? Did I miss something ???

I'd say there would be no difference in power between Magnaflow and Corsa. Corsa just being significantly louder.

Ya DI engines has carbon build up problems that rob power. BG has a SHO they did a test on

Even at the first check-up (5,000 miles), borescope footage showed intake valve deposits forming. At each subsequent check-up, we noticed deposit buildup continued in the intake valves and intake ports. There was heavy deposit contribution from PCV gases.
By about 15,000 miles, our drivers noticed a loss of power. Fuel dilution started at 10,000 miles and occurred in every check-up until 40,000 miles.
