Need help identifying a leak

So I noticed the past couple of nights while at work there is some kind of fluid leaking out of the SHO.  It appears to be clear, odorless, and yes even tasteless.  I was thinking water but as far as I know there is no water in the car to leak out.   I have not noticed this in my driveway, only at work.  At about 11pm I drive about 12-15 miles to work at moderate speeds and there are no warning lights or noticeable symptoms so far.  I live and work in Mass and recently we have experienced a substantial temperature increase during the days with drastic cool downs at night.  It appears to be a substantial amount of fluid (probably too much to be condensation), leaving a little trail about 15-20 feet long starting at the rear of the engine bay and running down the slope behind the front wheels?  Any thoughts at all would be appreciated.  The car is still warrantied but I was kind of hoping for a self diagnosis prior to visiting the dealer... Thanks in advance for any info

My first guess would be AC condensation only water I can think of

Sounds like the drain from the A/C..not sure where the drain from the sunroof comes out

I've found that sometimes self diagnosis isn't the best...if you tell the dealer whats wrong and you are incorrect, you may end up with the problem not getting resolved...better to tell symptoms and let them diagnosis.

Not sure if it matters but I wasn't running AC,  did have the defrost on but set warmer than outside temp.

Yea from experience even the slight change of humidity vs your cars coils changing the cabin air temp can still create condensation without running AC only think I could think of unless u had a big rain and it was drainage... I wouldn't worry too much unless it persist or get worse water should never create much need for alarm... keep us updated also never hurts to ask the dealer to verify

The other day I put on ac for a little while to get fluids circulating pressed ac button by the main panel by shifter, then shut it off, later then I pressed button on display panel on dashboard it  showed ac was on,also I would check the settings when you remote start the car to see if ac or defroster are on or off.check the settings on steering wheel.

Thanks for the reply but I drive a 2011, non-GPS,  So only have the one AC button and no remote start.
