for the 2013 owner there is a fuel pump recall

2013 explorer sport
LMS tuner stat 160 3 bar magna flow v8 91 map
k&n H&R spring
retrofit FXR bi-xenon projectors done by lightwerkz
all lights replaced with leds from daytimebrightlites

Is this a new one since the July 2013 fuel pump recall?

i just found out about it when i got my oil changed so it could be old but mine has not been done says the vin number
