Although he now has his car fixed he put OEM axles back in and upgraded his ring gear to 4:10's. I reckon he'll be good for low 8's in the 8th. Im hoping the meth will kick my 8.1-8.2 into the high 7's maybe.

It is the DRs that's the deal breaker. And what gives him the biggest advantage, IMO. That is ridiculous. Make him run street tires.

BTW, OP, you must the guy at Kennedale whom I've heard about on mazda6club from a local. He thought it was me.
He runs a Volocity Red Mazdaspeed6. Race him next time you're there. He just added a bunch of mods to his car.
