Revisions for existing clients are free from what I understand.

I am a existing client, I bought the tunes for SCT from them.

I pm'ed him 4-5 days ago looking for a straight answer. No reply yet.

As of today here are the different charges. Of course this can change at any time, but today they are valid:

#1 Tuner ownership transfer for non touch MyCal tuner - $250 and includes the same support as if you have bought it from us in the first place. This means free tunes for all supported modifications.

#2 Tune alone on an SCT device (this applies to 10-12 SHO ONLY) $400 and gains you access to stage 1-4, anything beyond this (4+, meth, turbos, 3-bar) requires a MyCal device.
