Yeah, PA does seem to be difficult to deal with re: tinting.  geswek ran into tickets a couple of times over it.  Maybe you can get an Rx for the tint from the eye doctor?  Or choose a percentage that's borderline?

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

bumperplugs.com  They were expensive but they are perfect.  Perfect fit, perfect paint match, perfect finish.  They came pretty fast too.  Well worth $30 to me.  The owner is now my friend too.
