Hey all, I waited far too long to join this forum. I have now sold my 2015 SHO. Had a LMS tune, 3 bar, thermostat, and Windstorm CAI on it. I guess I am required to make 10 posts before I can sell anything on the forum. Trying to get rid of my Livernois MyCal tuner which is locked. Livernois will unlock it for $300.

There are rules in place for a reason.

And joining (albeit AFTER you're no longer a SHO owner) just sell to a leftover item, and circumvent the process by posting it in the new member intro thread is kind of frowned upon.

Maybe reach out to one of the Mod's via PM.

Welcome, and what bpd said.  After you have made 10 meaningful posts you will be able to post the items for sale.  Would like to get to know you first, so please take the opportunity, post pics of your former SHO!

These are the only pictures that I have of my car. Kind of embarrassing if you ask me for how much I put into it. I also had electric cutouts in the exhaust. Had to trade it in for a more family friendly vehicle because I just became a new Dad as of May 25th. I should've stayed with an eco boost platform but bought a Tacoma instead. Now I'm kicking myself for that lol

I'll gladly take that kick lol But seriously, the Tacoma is gutless. Takes me 20 minutes just to get up to speed on the highway. Never had that problem with the SHO. Oh well, maybe I'll trade it down the road for an F-150 ecoboost.

Thank you! Yeah I never understood the whole lack of sleep thing until I became a parent. She's super content up until we put her to bed and then she wants to be held the whole time lol It's exhausting but absolutely worth it imo. As for the MyCal. I left the tune on my car not thinking anything of it at the time. Does that mean that the unit itself is "married"? Or does it not work the same with this tuner. I've had plenty of tuners in the past but I think I read on here that it's based on the code on my car and even if I were to put the tune from my car back on the tuner it would still be "married" to that car. Am I correct on this?

If the tune is still on the car, yes, the tuner is still married.  If you return the car to stock tune using the tuner, it becomes unlocked and available.

Okay, so does that mean that the tuner is not able to be sold to someone? The last thing I want to do is sell it to someone and they not be able to use it.

Unfortunately I no longer have the car to be able to return the tuner to stock form.

You can sell it but there would be a fee for Livernois to unlock it.
