Thought about it. Figured I would give the CR's a try. This is after I painstakingly cleaned the shafts, had them and the new compressor wheels balanced. Billet wheels, extended tip exducer, 2-3mm taller inducer.

New journal bushing, thrust plate with thrust bearing components, turbine and compressor piston seals, upgraded CR compressor wheels, and TurboSmart 7psi wastegate actuators. Also have new coolant/ oil / exhaust gasket and seal kits for the install.

mrhighcaliber try to put together a step by step in a new thread.  I'd be interested in knowing the work involved in order to better gauge if thats something I'd be willing to take on.
2014 Factory Order SHO (non pp) Deep Impact Blue
Gearhead Automotive Performance Tune
3-bar
SP-542 plugs w/ GH gap

SHOdded

I can pull the related posts into a new thread if mrhighcaliber is ok with it.
2007 Ford Edge SEL, Powerstop F/R Brake Kit, TXT LED 6000K Lo & Hi Beams, W16W LED Reverse Bulbs, 3BSpec 2.5w Map Lights, 5W Cree rear dome lights, 5W Cree cargo light, DTBL LED Taillights

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

Im assuming install/removal and turbo rebuild? I'll see what I can do. It's a 4-7hour job for removal. 2-3 for the rebuild. 4-6 for install. I will make a separate post.
