voiding warrenty

is there a thread that tells what mods do and dont void the warranty? this would probably be helpful if there isnt one yet...

do coilovers void the warranty? ive heard yes and no...
16 loaded SHO no pp, no performance mods yet all ascetics at this point.

Its quite simple and it all depends on your dealer!!
There are some dealers that will work with you and take the extra stride and  effort to help you out for instance look at my signature.(Knock on wood)

Then there are some dealers that look at any excuse just to void your warranty. There are to many misconceptions. Z

^X2.  Ultimately, the weight of mods will lie with the owner, plain and simple.  I'd say know when and where to make mods, when to go cheap and when not to.  That knowledge is your best ally.

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!
