Howdy.  I just bought a 2014 Lincoln MKS.  I come from the complete opposite end of the spectrum, because 2 years ago I was driving a Mazda Miata, lol.  But I had a kid and needed some space.  After driving a 2004 Lexus GS430 for a bit I was ready for something newer... and faster.  Right now it's bone stock.  I do plan to mod it within the coming months.  It's my daily driver so nothing crazy, just low 13s and reliable.  I will most likely be asking tons of questions along the way :)
2014 Lincoln MKS - Sold... And I still miss it sometimes

Welcome to the forum and community, ALW, glad to have you & your MKS here!  Please post pics of your ride(s), old & new :D  The best speed mod is getting the maintenance done, then putting a tune on.  Def ask questions, and peruse the HOW TO section!
2007 Ford Edge SEL, Powerstop F/R Brake Kit, TXT LED 6000K Lo & Hi Beams, W16W LED Reverse Bulbs, 3BSpec 2.5w Map Lights, 5W Cree rear dome lights, 5W Cree cargo light, DTBL LED Taillights

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

Welcome to the MKS world.  You'll be surprised how quickly you blow past low 13's.  Mine with only catted downpipes and an unfinished tune ran a 12.87.
