So I finally got around to having a pipe welded up to the Hot Pipes to accept a Tial Wastegate.  The main issue was I couldn't find anyone that made an aluminum vband that fit the Tial Wastegate. So I had one made and then had the aluminum pipe welded up to the Hot Pipes. Now the pipe is off to be powder coated.

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

I'm curious how AJP's tune will do... should be fun

That looks very nice!  I am curious why the traditional mechanical BOV and then the AJP WG mod?  Seems a bit redundant?

It's Dwayne we spoke via email a few months ago. I'll hopefully have everything up and running in a couple weeks. So at that point we'll start tuning without meth first then we'll turn on the meth and see what it'll do. Can't wait!!! And yes the welder is incredible you should see my custom boost activated cut out x-pipe... it's insane!!!

Nope....that totally different and necessary...cant explain from my phone....but what is redundant is the after market bov and stock bov...but i can tune out stock bov if you want so you can remove them

That looks fantastic. Great craftsmanship. Btw if I may ask, how much did that cost you to make without the boost activated cutout?

Cheers

If you can make me more of the aluminum WGA mounts I will buy them and offer it as an option on the pipes. Also if you can get more of the boost activated cutouts made I can offer those as well. My original one the jigs don't work, I have like $1500 in jigs and pipes sitting wasted. :(

Are you going to have a standalone option for the noisemaker pipe?

That looks familiar...

What exhaust are you running with it and how does it sound?

I need to either use mine or sell it.

If there wasn't so much cash wrapped up in it I would just mount it in my garage, definitely a work of car art.

I could do either option honestly, same difference.

Macgyver

All those pipes so artfully welded with uber craftsmanship and then those 2 rusty reused exhaust hangers. I just find it funny.
