A shot of our prototype 3.5L F150 Firestorm by Livernois Motorsports High Pressure Fuel Pump. Hundreds of miles of testing, greatly increased fuel flow and some insane hp!

Keep an eye out for the release!

Any updates on the HPFP for the transverse 3.5L application? Is it the same pump or a different pump (I know the 3.5L Eco F150 and transverse 3.5L have different pumps from the factory)

We will be developing a different pump for the transverse 3.5L for the SHO models. This pump is specifically made for the 3.5L F150. It is in the works and we have a test vehicle that has had the transverse pump on for quote some time. Keep an eye out!

This is awesome! Esp when it hits the transverse market.

Are you able to provide preliminary flow rates, or increase (% or numbers) at this time?

I can't give out any official numbers until the release BUT.. we have seen gains of up to 40% flow over stock and close to 125% increase with the proper injectors and supporting mods!

Can you elaborate on "supporting mods" please? Are other fuel system upgrades required or optional? I assume the quoted 40% higher flow is HPFP only

Thanks. Won't hold you to those numbers, but they sure do sound nice! Hopefully similar numbers come from your transverse testings.

I assume you're testing durability at this stage, since it seems you'd hit a working solution. How many miles do you expect to put on each demo unit. Testing daily driver and track conditions ?

I'm curious to know if that HPFP would run on a stock tune for when I take the car to the dealership. Or would I need to pull it everytime?

I have a spare HPFP for my SHO, is Livernois going to require a core for this sale?

The 40% pertains to just the HPFP with one of our tunes to support the increased fuel flow. No other fuel system upgrades are required to use the pump, you can choose to run larger injectors to increase the flow percentage even more.

So far on our vehicles we have put over 1,000 in daily and dyno testing conditions. Our head calibrator has a 3.5L EcoBoost F150 and has been using the pump everyday through the winter and has logged well over 1k miles and has seen 0 issue.

We have yet to track test them since the weather has been so questionable lately but if we can find some mildly warmer days, we will head to the strip!

For optimal performance, our tune would be required since there will be an increase in the fuel flow. When it comes to dealership visits, you should be able to flash the vehicle back to stock using your MyCalibrator tuner and be just fine. It would also depend on the work that the dealer would be doing.

We will not need a core, its an outright unit that can replace the stock pump!
