Shops supplier sent the wrong flanges... wont be ready until tomorrow after lunch time.. good thing its not my daily driver..lol He did say that the O2 sensor is being very difficult.. I am not surprised...

I can imagine.  My car is 3 years newer and the O2 sensors were fairly tough to remove.  I pulled the factory pipes out with the sensors still in and then used PB Blaster and a BIG wrench.

2007 Ford Edge SEL, Powerstop F/R Brake Kit, TXT LED 6000K Lo & Hi Beams, W16W LED Reverse Bulbs, 3BSpec 2.5w Map Lights, 5W Cree rear dome lights, 5W Cree cargo light, DTBL LED Taillights

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

Yea, when I was troubleshooting a non existing fuel pressure problem I swapped the widebands out just to verify... What a PIA... Even with a offset wrench, breakerbar, and PB blaster...I told him not to worry, if for some reason he can't get the front wideband out I have an extra one..he said at this point its a more of a personal challenge to get it out without damaging it lol...

Yup, not too shabby... $250 out the door with DP's installed, new flanges installed, new gaskets, and removal of all crush bent piping that went back to the third muffler on the Borla. He ended up not adding the X-Pipe... he said if I wasn't happy with the sound he would add one but with the holiday weekend he didn't want to keep the car that long.. he doesnt have a mandrel machine so he would have to order universal which would take till after the holidays to get. No rasp, the drone has toned down quite a bit..

Great price indeed....install of the DP alone will cost you roughly that much,BTW linky no worky.  Z

Fixed it for ya,need to remove the s after http. Z :)
