My sincerest apologies we did not see your post previously.  My co-worker that was posting on this board is no longer here so there were some posts that were missed during the transition.  We've been tuning the 2019 Explorer's since late 2018 just for future reference.  Feel free to give us a call , email, PM or reach out on social media any time something like this comes up and we will do our best to respond ASAP.
