Sheesh; that's insane.

I'm gonna have Ford try to fix it--or I might.

Hood I can live with; tail light drives me crazy tho LOL.

Both my 2011 tails are off like yours as well.

My deck lid is actually slightly rubbing the bumper on the left side, so I may see what adjustment I have with the with the stops. It appears the the entire deck lid could go up a hair on the left. The right side is perfect.

I looked at the bracket that holds the trunk to the chassis today, and I believe some adjustment can be made by loosening those bolts and shifting the bracket up. On my trunk, the entire left side is down lower, even the top of the deck lid to quarter panel seam is lower.

Your whole trunk lid looks low. Trunk lids normally have adjustable rubber bump stops just like the hood that you can adjust.

Yeah, from what I have seen, the taillight mismatch is on most 2010-2012's as well. I have been too lazy to adjust the stops :).

With a little finesse you can get the rear lights lined up better I did.  By adjusting the trunk lid and tweaking the metal behind the rear quarter panel light..

I agree. That was the only place that I saw potential for adjustment. To my knowledge there are no adjustable rubber stops for the rear deck lid, if I am mistaken, I stand corrected. Besides, the entire left side of the trunk sits low, so the entire trunk assembly needs to be adjusted upward. I probably won?t mess with it for a while, because then I?ll have factory painted bolts with etched paint. Lol.

Similar hood and trunk lid alignment issues here as well.  I noticed the truck within weeks of buying the car, just noticed the hood recently.  Interesting to know that it's a common issue.  I will bring it up to Ford and/or my dealer.  Kind of ridiculous that the simple task of aligning of body panels is too difficult in 2013.

I can't find adjustment options for trunk; my lid is perfect--it looks like its my light.

I compared the left side bottom to right side bottom and there is clearly more space--I still haven't had chance to remove it. I'll do that this weekend.

I can confirm my lid is perfectly aligned panel wise--example I can run my hand over body and top of trunk and it's completely flushed and lined.

The trunks are adjusted, by make adjustments to the striker. For more detail info on adjusting I just don't have, I have seen pry bars and hammers used often.

I believe you have to adjust at the hinges, mine is close enough so I haven't messed with it....   (sorry my bad)

My right rear light on quarter was off, was able to get it better aligned with little metal tweaking behind lamp.

I'll try to fix with metal.

For me it's just light at quarter. My trunk is perfect.

Sent from a mobile, I think.

I removed lamp, and tapped metal with ball peen hammer and fitted and adjusted and so on till I got it lines up the best I could, and sealed it and secured lamp.
