Missing paint near passenger tail light?

Curious if anyone else has had this I haven't had the light out and there is no dents so not sure how this happened

It looks like the primer is starting to SHO!
The paint should be covered under the factory 3yr-36 month bumper to bumper warranty AFAIK!

My car and my wife's car both have the same paint missing as yours. Must be some kind of issue during assembly.
